Services
Slishee provides custom software development services including but not limited to blockchain applications, trading systems, bots, dApps, APIs, and web applications. Specific service terms will be outlined in individual project agreements.
Project Agreements
Each project will be governed by a separate written agreement that includes:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Payment terms and pricing

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in custom-developed software will transfer to the client upon full payment. Slishee retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require an initial deposit, milestone payments, and final payment upon delivery. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed with professional care and skill. However, software is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially for blockchain and trading systems which depend on external factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slishee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client projects and proprietary information. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
